Refund and Returns Policy

The Brass Band of the Western Reserve strives to provide a positive experience for all patrons. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be provided for:

  • Failure to attend an event.
  • Forgotten tickets.
  • Unused tickets.
  • Schedule conflicts.
  • Inclement weather affecting a patron’s travel plans.
  • Changes in personal circumstances after purchase.

Event Cancellations

If the Brass Band of the Western Reserve cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price.

Event Postponements or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the new date.

Requests for refunds due to a postponed or rescheduled event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Donations and Sponsorships

Donations and musician sponsorship contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
