Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Tickets purchased through this website are valid only for the event specified at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the event date, time, location, and ticket quantity before completing the transaction.
The Brass Band of the Western Reserve reserves the right to make changes to event programs, repertoire, guest artists, venues, or schedules when necessary.
Attendance and Will Call
The purchaser is responsible for attending the event for which tickets were purchased.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, exchange, or cancellation of charges.
For events utilizing will call ticket pickup, tickets will be available at the venue prior to the performance. The Brass Band of the Western Reserve fulfills its obligation when purchased tickets are made available to the customer and the event occurs as scheduled.
Tickets that are not picked up or used remain subject to the same no-refund policy.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase price.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may be honored for the new date. Refunds for postponed events will be handled at the discretion of the Brass Band of the Western Reserve and in accordance with applicable law.
Donations and Musician Sponsorships
Donations and musician sponsorships made through this website are voluntary charitable contributions made in support of the Brass Band of the Western Reserve.
Unless required by law, donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated at the time of contribution.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Brass Band of the Western Reserve does not store complete credit card information on its servers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact the Brass Band of the Western Reserve before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that event attendance is the responsibility of the purchaser and that failure to attend an event does not constitute a failure to provide the purchased service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Brass Band of the Western Reserve shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of tickets, attendance at events, or use of this website.
The Brass Band of the Western Reserve shall not be responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, parking fees, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
